I work with children and teenagers 12 years and older.
Psychology sessions run for 50 minutes.
Prior to your first session, you will be sent an online intake form to fill out and a consent form to sign. During your first session, you will tell me about why you are seeking therapy and I will ask questions about you, your current issues and your history. This is also a great time for you to ask any questions you have about me, the therapy process and anything else you think is relevant. Feel free to bring a parent or companion for support.
Yes. I understand that life can be busy and unpredictable. Feel free to come into the clinic in Brunswick East one session and do telehealth the next. You can change your in-person therapy session to a telehealth one at any time right up until the start of your appointment via email.
If for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your psychology session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to notify of cancellation or postponement of a session with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee of $265. There is currently very high demand for psychological services so it is asked that you please provide as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment so that it can be offered to another person in need.
This cancellation policy is based on Australian Psychological Society recommendations.
Yes. Please contact me for pricing.
The Medicare rebate of $145.25 is available with a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Private health insurance and NDIS funding may also apply.
NDIS funding doesn't cover the full cost of one of my sessions so the price point has been adjusted to make mental health care accessible for people on NDIS.
